Instructions *

The client must ensure that all their instructions and expectations regarding the booking and session are agreed in writing.

Licence Granted to the Client *

The copyright in all the photographs resulting from the photoshoot remains the property of the Photographer. The Photographer grants the client a non–exclusive Licence to use the images selected by the Photographer and presented to the Client, however this Licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce or publish the photos commercially. You may organise your own printing of the photos or order prints through Aurora Lane Photography for personal use or for family and friends. You may share the photos on social media and your own website, and with family and friends.

Conditions of Portfolio Building Session *

The copyright in all Photographic Works resulting from the photoshoot remains the property of the Photographer. The Photographer grants the Client a non–exclusive Licence to use those parts of the Photographic Works selected by the Photographer and presented to the Client, however this Licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce or publish the Photographic Works or any part of the Photographic Works.

Cancellation or Postponement of Booking *

Where the client cancels or does not show for a reduced-cost appointment, the client understands that they may no longer be eligible for a reschedule of the reduced cost session. A reschedule of a reduced cost session is entirely at the Photographer’s discretion. Where a booked appointment involves more than one person, it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that everyone required arrives at the appointment on time. Failure of any person to arrive at the appointment on time will result in, at the Photographer’s discretion, cancellation or postponement.

Transfer of Booking *

The client may not transfer a reduced fee session to another person.

Refunds and Reshoots *

Refunds and re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Refunds and re-shoots will not be given for subjects who do not co-operate for the session, eg. children who cry or do not smile. Refunds and re-shoots are given entirely at the discretion of the photographer.

Package Received *

I understand that I will be receiving high-resolution and web sized digital images, chosen and edited by the photographer. The digital images will be delivered as an online gallery, at no cost. The number of digital images provided depends on the number edited by the photographer on the day.

Final images *

The client understands that the photographer's decision regarding the images is final. The digital image, is supplied as an online gallery for the client to download. A link to this gallery will be made available via email. The gallery will remain available to the client to download for one month from the date the link to the gallery is emailed to the client. The client understands it is their responsibility to download their images within this time.

Model Release *

The Client acknowledges that the purpose of the creation of the Photographic Works includes the right of the Photographer to: (a) Enter the Photographic Works into photographic competitions or awards and for their use in any material published in connection with promoting those competitions or awards; and (b) Advertise or otherwise promote the Photographer’s Work; and (c) Submit the Photographic Works for display at art galleries or other premises; and (d) Use the Photographic Works for any other purpose within the Photographer’s business activities.

Back Up *

Once the images have been delivered to the clients Aurora Lane Photography is no longer responsible for loss of images or for maintaining back ups of the client's images.

Cameras and Photos Taken During This Session *

Please do not take photos during the shoot.

Arriving Early/Late *

The session starts at the agreed upon time. For a photoshoot at my studio, if you arrive more than 15 minutes before your session I will not be ready to receive you. If you are running late please inform Lindy 021803114 as soon as you can.

Agreement *

The client has read and understands the terms of this contract with Aurora Lane Photography. By ticking this box, and submitting this form you agree to all the terms and conditions set out in the above contract.
