Monthly Mini Milestone Terms and Conditions

  1. The copyright in all the photographs resulting from the photoshoot remains the property of the Photographer. The Photographer grants the client a non–exclusive Licence to use the images selected by the Photographer and presented to the Client, however this Licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce or publish the photos commercially. You may organise your own printing of the photos or order prints through Aurora Lane Photography for personal use or for family and friends. You may share the photos on social media and your own website.

  2. This Licence to use, and the right to use, the photos comes into effect from the date of full payment of the Order, except where the Photographer gives express written permission.

  3. The Booking appointment and any fees paid prior to cancellation or postponement of the appointment are transferable to another person, as if it were the original person, as long as the Booking is similar and the date and time of the appointment are not changed. This must be agreed with the photographer.

  4. Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the photoshoot can be fully refunded or a new booking requested the following month. Within 24 hours no refund is given but the photoshoot can be transferred to another milestone (up to four months).

  5. If either the photographer or the client are sick the session will be rescheduled until everyone in your or my household is well. There is no fee to transfer the session date due to illness. I understand that practice guidelines can change at any time due to the nature of Covid-19 and that guidelines provided by the Ministy of Health will be followed regarding safe practice of the photoshoot. These guidelines will be provided before the photosession.

  6. If a photoshoot is cancelled by the photographer the choice of a free reschedule to a later date of a full refund of any money paid with be given.

  7. Refunds and re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Refunds and re-shoots will not be given for those who do not co-operate for the session, eg. children who cry or do not smile. Refunds and re-shoots are given entirely at the discretion of the photographer.

  8. As there are multiple mini shoot sessions taking place you must be on time for your photoshoot. If you are late you may miss your session. No refunds are given to no-shows or if you are too late for a photoshoot to take place at the agreed time.
