Instructions *

The client must ensure that all their instructions and expectations regarding the booking and session are agreed in writing.

Licence Granted to the Client *

The copyright in all Photographic Works resulting from the Booking or Order remains the property of the Photographer. The Photographer grants the Client a non–exclusive Licence to use those parts of the Photographic Works selected by the Photographer and presented to the Client, however this Licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce or publish the Photographic Works or any part of the Photographic Works.

Conditions of Licence *

This Licence to use, and the right to use, the photos comes into effect from the date of full payment of the Order, except where the Photographer gives express written permission.

Reservation and Payment *

A payment of $99 and this signed contract must be paid to secure your appointment for the limited edition photography session.

Cancellation or Postponement of Booking *

Cancellations 48 hours before your booking will be refunded in full. After 48 hours if you need to cancel or do not turn up to your session the fee is non-refundable.

If the photographer cancels your session (for example covid guidelines from the government) you will be refunded in full.

Covid-19 *

If you or your family are sick please do not turn up to the session. I will either fit you in on another day or donate your session fee to a local charity in Wanaka.

Transfer of Booking *

The Booking appointment and any fees paid prior to cancellation or postponement of the appointment are transferable to another person, as if it were the original person, as long as the Booking is similar and the date and time of the appointment are not changed. This must be agreed with the photographer.

Refunds and Reshoots *

Refunds and re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Refunds and re-shoots will not be given for those who do not co-operate for the session, eg. children who cry or do not smile. Refunds and re-shoots are given entirely at the discretion of the photographer.

Final images *

The client understands that the photographer's decision regarding the images is final. The final images will be digital images, supplied as an online gallery for the client to download. A link to this gallery will be made available via email. The gallery will remain available to the client to download for one month from the date the link to the gallery is emailed to the client. The client understands it is their responsibility to download their images within this time.

Model Release

The Client acknowledges that the purpose of the creation of the Photographic Works includes the right of the Photographer to: (a) Enter the Photographic Works into photographic competitions or awards and for their use in any material published in connection with promoting those competitions or awards; and (b) Advertise or otherwise promote the Photographer’s Work; and (c) Submit the Photographic Works for display at art galleries or other premises; and (d) Use the Photographic Works for any other purpose within the Photographer’s business activities.

Back Up *

Once the images have been delivered to the clients Aurora Lane Photography is no longer responsible for loss of images or for maintaining back ups of the client's images.

Arriving Early/Late *

These limited edition photo sessions run throughout the day and clients are given a specific time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your time. If you arrive late I will do my best to fit you in at another time but it may not be possible. If I can not organise another time, the session fee is non0refundable.

Agreement *
