Licence Granted to the Client *

The copyright in all the photographs resulting from the photoshoot remains the property of the Photographer. The Photographer grants the client a non–exclusive Licence to use the images selected by the Photographer and presented to the Client, however this Licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce or publish the photos commercially. You may organise your own printing of the photos or order prints through Aurora Lane Photography for personal use or for family and friends. You may share the photos on social media and your own website.

Conditions of Licence *

This Licence to use, and the right to use, the photos comes into effect from the date of full payment of the Order, except where the Photographer gives express written permission.

Payment *

To book the date the client must pay $200 to secure the date and time.

Transfer of Booking *

The Booking appointment and any fees paid prior to cancellation or postponement of the appointment are transferable to another person, as if it were the original person, as long as the Booking is similar and the date and time of the appointment are not changed. This must be agreed with the photographer.

Cancellation or Postponement of Booking *

Cancellations made will be given a full refund. No shows on the day are not entitled to a refund. If the photoshoot is cancelled by the photographer on the day due to weather there is a back out date the following week, 7 days after the booked date. If you are unable to do the back up date a full refund will be given.

Refunds and Reshoots *

Refunds and re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Refunds and re-shoots will not be given for those who do not co-operate for the session, eg. children who cry or do not smile. Refunds and re-shoots are given entirely at the discretion of the photographer.

Model Release

The Client acknowledges that the purpose of the creation of the Photographic Works includes the right of the Photographer to: (a) Enter the Photographic Works into photographic competitions or awards and for their use in any material published in connection with promoting those competitions or awards; and (b) Advertise or otherwise promote the Photographer’s Work; and (c) Submit the Photographic Works for display at art galleries or other premises; and (d) Use the Photographic Works for any other purpose within the Photographer’s business activities.

Limited Liability *

In the unlikely event that Aurora lane Photography is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, accident, or other cause beyond the control of Aurora Lane Photography, Aurora Lane Photography will make every effort to secure a completely competent replacement photographer. if the situation should occur, and a replacement photographer is not found, responsibility and liability are limited to the return of the total balance received for the event. Aurora Lane Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs. However in the unlikely even of the client's photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond Aurora Lane Photography's control, the liability is limited to the return of the total balance received for the event.

Packages And Price List *

I have read through the packages and price list.

Printing *

Aurora Lane Photography offers a printing service through Queensberry. The client is allowed to organise their own printing through their choice of printing company. However any printing that is not organised by Aurora Lane Photography voids any printed responsibility of image quality.

Arriving Early/Late *

The session starts at the agreed upon time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes before your session I will not be ready to receive you. If you are running late your session may not be the full 20 minutes as I have clients arriving after you..

Agreement *

Back Up *

Once the images have been delivered to the clients Aurora Lane Photography is no longer responsible for loss of images or for maintaining back ups of the client's images.
